Return Policy

We strive for excellent customer service.

Our priority is to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and we have created our return and exchange policy to support this.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason and would like to return any item(s) for a refund or initiate an exchange of item(s), please contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to assist you.

Looking to return

We will accept returns on all items that were not purchased from special on-site sales or any clearance collection. All we ask is that the products are returned to us with tags in new condition; unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

We will accept returns 25 days from the day our products are shipped out. Please make sure you contact us within this 25 day window from the date you made your order for a cash refund. Returns initiated after 25 days are for exchange only. Items purchased for the holiday season between 11/1 and 12/31 can be returned for a full refund until 1/31 of any given year.

Items held for more than 60 days cannot be returned.

To initiate the return process, please email us at [email protected] with

1) your order number, which can be found on your invoice that was emailed to you upon purchase.

2) the SKU or product ID, which can be found on your invoice that was emailed to you upon purchase.

3) a reason why you’d like to return the item(s)

4) a photo of the item(s) that you wish to return.

Looking to exchange?

We will accept exchanges on all items that were not purchased from special on-site sales or any clearance collection. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

We will accept exchanges 60 days from the day our products are shipped out. Please make sure you contact us within this 60 day window from the date you made your purchase or you will not be eligible to make the exchange.

To initiate the exchange process, please email us at [email protected] and let us know your order number and item(s) from that order that you wish to exchange. We are here to help!

Received damaged or wrong items?

We manually inspect all items carefully before they are shipped to our customers, however unfortunately errors do occur.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected]. To speed up the process, please include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question and we’ll reship a replacement package to you promptly.

Merchandise purchased in store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Merchandise must be unworn/unused with its original tags/packaging.
