Q: Do you have a retail store, if so where is it?A: YES, we have 2 retail stores located in Madison WI. The first store is at 507 State St. near the UW campus & the second store is located at 1725 Monroe St. on the west side of town. Please come for a visit.Back to Top |

Q: Can I request a certain carrier for shipping other than UPS?A: Of course. You will have to contact us in order to make the proper arrangements. We use a freight company for the larger furniture items. If you have a P.O. Box, please e-mail your request for a custom shipper.Back to Top |
Q: How is the jewelry measured?A: The size indicates the full length of the piece with the bail (hook) and or clasp. All jewelry is measures in U.S. inches.Back to Top |
