Sand Cast Turquoise Cuff 5 Ovals

This Navajo sand cast cuff with 5 natural turquoise cabs is an exact match to a CHEE cuff we saw on the internet (having the very same silver work with 3 stones instead of 5), but this one has an unusual stamp of a rectangle pointing outward on one of its shorter ends. If it is read point up it looks like B above M inside the outline. If it is read pointing right-3W or BW, read pointing left-ME.
